- Don’t believe that austerity programs will always solve inflationary pressures. There are times when significant investment is necessary to renovate and remodel existing structures. Particularly structures and programs that assist the average citizen.
- Big business and industry can take care of themselves. They’ve made their way on the backs of the working people and are quite capable of taking advantage of opportunity.
- Take responsibility for the face of the world. Add a dash of your own creativity as you help keep her looking and feeling good.
- Don’t go along to get along. Stand your ground while avoiding violence.
- Defend the institutions you value. They cannot support themselves. Some need oil and grease, and some need replacement parts. Others run just fine and will once again be spiffy with a good old-fashioned vacuum and wash.
- Don’t look away from the symbols of hate, control and fascism. Remove them if you can safely do so. You’re not destroying the truth of history. That will always be in journals, books and the digital realm. You are saying “No More” to that which overthrows healthy populations, communities, cultures and attitudes.
- Life is political, even if we don’t like to admit it…
