To date, roughly 30% of Canadians have chosen not to take the COVID-19 vaccination. It boggles my mind that anybody with the privilege of this choice would refuse to consider protecting themselves and others. Rather than presuming they are all dullards, I believe the reason is that they have attitudes much like that of your Uncle P.
