Why is it that some people think a flash-in-the-pan celebrity is the person that should be leading the country? No credentials, no applicable education, no political or legal experience but hey, let’s make them president.

Reagan, for all of his inadequacy, was affable, pleasant and polite. The American people at least got kissed when he (his party) was screwing them.

The Don is not quite so polished. Just wham, bam and don’t call me, I’ll call you. Yet, there are those, starry-eyed and in love with this dangerous phoney. They can’t see beyond the facade he’s spent a lifetime building.

One wonders if they will ever realize that they’ve been had by a conman.
